Here is the registration packet. Please print it out, fill it out completely with drafting information and bring it with you to your first lesson. You may also email your completed forms to jenny@nomadaquatic.com.
Remember: your child will not attend swim classes until your registration form is completely filled out, your drafting information is collected and verified and you have received an appointment card from Jenny.
